Have you always wanted to be as cool as those World Bank protestors but couldn't find an issue where you could feel intellectually honest and protest at the same time. Well, here's your chance.
Americans for Prosperity recently began Rock the Hypocrisy as a site dedicated to mocking and countering Rock The Vote's leftist bent and making sure that no one thinks RTV speaks for everyone. Here is the main information about the protest:
Join Americans for Prosperity Foundation in protesting Rock the Vote’s Awards Dinner in Washington, DC, on June 8th.
Outside the National Building Museum
Corner of 4th and G Streets, NW
Washington, D.C.
5:30 – 6:30 p.m.After the protest, please join AFP Foundation and Americans for Tax Reform for a free youth networking reception.
My Brother’s Place
237 2nd St., NW
6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
I'm hoping to make it by and meet some more of the youth of America who know that Social Security is not going to be there for them when they retire unless it is fixed, now.

Well they are the one sop to small government types coming from compassionate conservatism. So I'm going to put my full effort into keeping it alive. I'm rather annoyed that some misleading polls have created the CW that reform is unpopular. It's really must first first-hand view of watching the MSM backup Dem talking points on an issue and watch it ice the thing before real debates even got started.
Anywho, I'm hoping to make it over there although that depends on the work schedule as well. Can't wait for grad school :)
Michael Medved had one of their mouthpieces on the radio a few weeks and the guy was a disengenuous liar. Medved shredded him. Between the draft scare and Social Security, Rock the Vote has become a pitiful embarrassment.
The liberal Standard Operating Procedure. Create a cover story, a cover organization, and a cover cause. Use these covers to advance the same old liberal line. Anti-american anti-capitalism.
It almost makes you want to sigh.

... with finding something I could protest has usually been of the other redstate variety. I have that annoying republican habit of being employed all the time.
I keep meaning to mention how glad I am that you keep the Social Security issue alive around here Doverspa. I wish we could get personal accounts on the tip of every tongue.
