Sean Treglia: Dishonest Hack

Sean Treglia, he of

href="http://www.nypost.com/postopinion/opedcolumnists/22480.htm">Pew Internet-SCAMpaign

Finance Reform, is a dishonest hack. I'm only glad that Google

href="http://www.google.com/search?q=%22sean+treglia%22&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&s

tart=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official">owns him, and will for a long time coming. (not only that, but he's finally done us the

service of discrediting research and data funded by politically motivated liberal

foundations)

Of late, Treglia has been

href="http://philanthropy.com/free/articles/v17/i16/16003702.htm">shrieking a bit

about bloggers.

"They remind me of the lonely misanthropic men I see on the

beach where I live each morning with metal detectors and headphones combing for hidden

treasure buried just beneath the surface of the sand. Occasionally they raise their voice

to interact with civilized society by shaking around a bag full of dented old cans and

worthless rusted slugs claiming in some incoherent manner that they found treasure that

no one else was crafty enough to locate. Of course, we all know the bag is filled with

garbage. Just like the noise being made by some bloggers about my

remarks."

Lucky for us, we have no shortage of people to apply brick to head

on this one.

To borrow a phrase from Jonah Goldberg - Sean, you buy the spoon, I'll buy the highchair. Your whining is so over.

As the kiddies say by Ben Domenech

PWNED

He even manages to insult hobbyist-beachcombers.  Those people aren't antisocial, or misanthropic - they can't hear you with their headphones on.

What's next, suggesting birdwatchers are voyeurs with tendencies towards bestiality?

I wonder... by HaroldHutchison

If Treglia would think that Powerline just posts "garbage" - they blew the lid off one of the biggest scandals in TV reporting in recent years...
