Ben Domenech, Founder and Director.

Originally from Mississippi, Ben began his career as a political journalist covering Capitol Hill, writing for numerous publications and working as a Contributing Editor to National Review Online. He abandoned the journalism career track for a taxpayer-funded life following the 9/11 attacks, and was sworn in as the youngest political appointee in the Bush Administration. After spending a year in the Admin and two as the chief speechwriter for a U.S. Senator, Ben now works as a book editor for a prominent publishing house. He lives in Virginia.

Mike Krempasky, Founder and Director.

Mike Krempasky is from Pennsylvania, and would almost accept a Kerry presidency in return for a couple Steelers Super Bowl victories.

He's worked in grassroots politics in a number of roles, from leading a national pro-life organization and training conservative activists all across the country, to raising money for Republican candidates and conservative causes.

He doesn't like the French.

Erick Erickson, Director.

Erick is a political consultant and attorney in Macon, Georgia. His law practice focuses on business/commercial transactions, estate planning, and election law.

He has been active in politics for some time and, with the blessings of his firm, went out as a solo political consultant in 2004, winning all of his races. He has been a campaign manager or consultant for races on the federal, state, and local level. In addition to political consulting, he serves as general counsel to a local political party.

Clayton Wagar, Director.

Clayton Wagar serves as the chief technologist and webmaster for RedState.org. Originally from (the infamous) Broward County, Florida, he is the product of two lifetime conservative public school educators. After completion of an International Business degree at Auburn University, he relocated to the metro Atlanta area where he resides with his wife and three boys.

Clayton has over two decades of experience in networking technologies, database design, and content management. He has extensive experience with many aspects of technology deployment at global and regional telecom carriers.

Clayton currently works in technical marketing for the 'high end routing' group of a Fortune 100 networking company.
